Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of unused products in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact) within 7 days of delivery. Return requests must also be initiated within this 7-day period. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at kanwatjayshree@gmail.com.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn / unused
  • Unwashed and undamaged
  • In original packaging with tags

International Orders

We do not offer returns or exchanges on international shipments.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The product is damaged or defective Or You received the wrong item.


We will review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized / made-to-order products
  • Altered garments
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

High-Value Orders

For items priced above INR 50,000, eligible refunds will be issued as an online gift card only.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 15 days for return review and processing from the date of request.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order after your return is approved and processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
